Does your organization have a group of students who are making a difference in the community? There are $1,000 grants being awarding by the Disney Friends for Change program to organization who have student-led programs. Programs must be related to making a difference in the community. Students are to take leadership, show creative ways to get involved and be willing to committ to impacting their community.

This is low-hanging fruit for organizations who have a large percentage Latin American students in their programs. Disney is looking for organizations who have programs that encourage change. When applying, be sure to mention all the work at young people are doing in the community. There is also a Spanish section on the website for those who need the information but don’t speak English.
