I am taking my Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education/certificate in Special Education. I applied for the PELL Grant, however I did not qualified for it. I am paying my tuition with some student loans, but I can't even manage to help with bills in my house as my work only pay a little. Florida is a state in which everything is so high cost. I am looking for some scholarships that I can apply for and I do not know where to start. I am 54 years old and I really want to become a teacher. I am almost there, but If I can't pay for my school I think I have to quit and it will be a shame as I can do a good job with this needy students in the Special Education department.
