Some useful tips although these I would refer to more as tips for applying for scholarships as grants are based on need and scholarships are usually merit-based. Another tip would be to search for all the different college grants that are avaiable for students based on students specific needs or interests.

My grandmother, whom I live with now, was part of the Mendez case, her name is Alicia. I want to go back to school, and I was wondering if there were grants available for me, with my family’s background?
